

Our Story
Grow Good Consulting, a strategic management and fundraising consultancy, was founded and is led by Kristin Teti. Prior to Grow Good, Kristin spent nearly 20 years in the nonprofit sector transforming how organizations align people, processes and technology to enhance programs, increase revenue and scale impact. At Grow Good, Kristin and her team help leaders of small to mid-sized nonprofit and social impact organizations build and implement strategies to take the next step with their programs, partnerships, operations and infrastructure.

Previously Kristin led programs and operations for the Taproot Foundation where she joined in 2011 and founded TaprootPlus.org, a global marketplace for skills-based volunteering delivering over $2M annually in free business consulting services to nonprofits and small businesses. She's also worked for the nonprofits Leeza's Place, Higher Achievement Program and the ABA's Death Penalty Representation Project in programs and development, and previously managed administration and operations for a family hedge fund.

Kristin holds an MSW from the University of Southern California and a BA in Justice and Psychology from American University.
